At Renegade Running, we want to ensure you have the right gear for every mile. If your new equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original shoe box or apparel packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in brand-new condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
